Composed of experienced HR professionals, systems specialists, and technical experts, the SelectSource team provides the highest quality customer and administrative service to our clients (employers and employees), brokers, agents, and insurance partners.

Key members of our management and service staff are:

Angela is the President and CEO of SelectSource. Angela started her association with SelectSource as a member of the Board of Directors in 1999. In 2006, Angela joined the staff at SelectSource as the Vice President and COO. In 2012, she transitioned into the role of President and CEO.

Angela spent over 20 years in the financial services industry as a Senior Vice President overseeing Human Resources, Marketing, Public & Shareholder Relations, and as a Corporate Secretary. In 2006, she made the move into the insurance industry primarily to oversee the operations of SelectSource and the Florida Bankers Insurance Trust program. Through her leadership the program gained MEWA approval in late 2017 and currently serves Florida Bankers Association members as the Florida Bankers Health Consortium.

Cheryl joined SelectSource in March 2016 as Regional Sales Manager. She works to develop broker relationships by offering our complete solutions, thus enhancing the brokers’ value.

Cheryl has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Licensed in Life and Health since 2004, she has utilized her skill set to assist employers and focuses on the Group Health Marketplace.  Prior to joining SelectSource, Cheryl was a broker for a Florida brokerage firm specializing in the large group market. Her other previous experience includes helping groups educate their staff and assisting in the development and implementation of Wellness Programs.

Cheryl graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.

Lourdes joined the SelectSource team in June 2005. Leveraging her 16 years of technology experience, she has held many roles at SelectSource, and is currently Vice President of Implementation.  Lourdes’s previous experience also includes working in the banking industry for 15 years.

Lourdes was instrumental in the transition of benefit platforms in 2014 leading to a successful conversion in only 6 months. Her knowledge of customer service and industry technology provides her team with the ability to anticipate many client needs when implementing a new benefit portal.

Lourdes holds an A.S. in Computer Information Technology.

Carolee Richendollar joined the SelectSource customer service team in February 2012. She brought with her more than 15 years’ experience in the employee benefit field as well as many years of leadership in volunteer settings.

Carolee’s desire to serve others along with her desire to learn new things has been a driving force in her life. She has a strong belief in personal responsibility and strives to be an example of such for all those she encounters.

Carolee holds a Master’s degree in Interpersonal Communication and a Certificate in Corporate Communication from the University of Central Florida’s Nicholson School of Communication.  As a non-traditional student, she returned to college when her children began their college journeys. She completed her Master’s while working full-time and believes this accomplishment has made the greatest impact on her ability to lead her team.  She attained her Group Benefit Administrator (GBA) from the IFEBP and is currently working towards her CEBS.

Adella has been part of the SelectSource team for more than 10 years. As Director of Human Resources she works closely with the management and the company’s vendor partners maintaining all of our highest standards of compliance. She has worn many different hats in the company, including Benefit Service Representative, COBRA Manager, and Operations Manager.  Her dedication to each role she has played has contributed to increased efficiency,  improved compliance and overall team strength.

Adella’s prior experience includes working with benefits/pension and COBRA for a well-known large insurance brokerage, She brings over 16 years of benefit experience.
